That was a good post, giving some of the more prominent sites for English practice. Another pretty good one is ELLO. they have some good practice features, too. I agree with your comments on the ESL podcards... being able to read and hear is very important. Also, short passages makes them more accessible and digestible for the average learner (those pressed for time).
Good work

Most people are mentally tired at the end of a standardized test. Regular practice before taking the test can help alleviate that problem.

I don't think it is necessary or even very wise to work backwards on the reading section. Instead, try skipping the passages that are obviously more time-consuming, saving them for the end.

The readings are harder? Not really. Just a bit longer. If you have a decent vocabulary and use the correct reading method (i.e. skim most parts of the passage, read only for main idea, purpose, and basic structure), you shouldn't have serious problems.

Subject: primary data / secondary data

Dear True,

Nice to take your class last night.

One thing I want to share about "Primary Data / Secondary Data".

"Primary Data / Secondary Data" is from statistics.
Another name of "primary dada" is "raw data".
It direct from end.

Secondary data, we do analysis, calculation from raw data or other secondary data.

customer reply data, user checklist are raw data.
Market share, total, average are secondary data.

We define them by data type, not by time period, place or a new model .

統計資料的種類(cont.)
依資料是否已經過整理分類
–原始資料(raw or primary data)
